Pre-assessment Questionnaire
The sending of the pre-assessment questionnaire you are about to complete is a request for a
legal opinion addressed to a lawyer who is a member of the Quebec Law Society.
The opinion being sought is based on the analysis of the information provided in
the questionnaire as per the criteria of the immigration acts in Canada.
The legal opinion to be returned to you will list the immigration categor(y,ies)
under which you are eligible to apply. The opinion will outline the overall time frame needed to
process your application, as well as the related fees and costs. An invoice confirming your payment and
a proof of your payment will also be included in your package.
The fees for this legal opinion are of 75$CAD and are payable by VISA, MasterCard or Western Union Transfers.
