Class action against the MIDI

On February 19, 2018, the Superior Court authorized a class action against the Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Diversité et de l’Inclusion (MIDI) for regulatory changes that came into effect on August 1, 2013 and March 8, 2017.

In order to respect the terms of Superior Court’s of Quebec judgment, the Ministère is issuing the following notice:
